Australian Data Centres – Mitchell

ADC is currently fitting out a sustainable Tier 3, facility in Mitchell, ACT that will be open for business in October 2013. ADC was selected on the Federal Government Data Centre Panel in both the fit out and Greenfields categories. The fit out site is 3000m2 of technical space, with the Greenfields site 6000m2 of technical space.

Australian Data Centres has designed this data centre to the latest specifications to accommodate today's evolving technology in a secure, sustainable environment. ADC Mitchell has complete power redundancy, and the most sophisticated cooling environment. ADC uses Diesel Rotary UPS systems for its redundancy design.

ADC has a highly flexible model around raised floor and central services. This can accommodate a mix of power densities as well. ADC allows the customer to populate the space to their own requirements, whether a private data suite, a cage or managed rack space.

ADC will have 7.5MW of power connected to the site.

ADC will be connected to all major carriers, allowing the customer a choice and the ability to deal direct with their preferred telecommunications partner
