ADC is currently fitting out a sustainable Tier 3, facility in Mitchell, ACT that
will be open for business in October 2013. ADC was selected on the Federal Government
Data Centre Panel in both the fit out and Greenfields categories. The fit out site
is 3000m2 of technical space, with the Greenfields site 6000m2
of technical space.
Australian Data Centres has designed this data centre to the latest specifications
to accommodate today's evolving technology in a secure, sustainable environment.
ADC Mitchell has complete power redundancy, and the most sophisticated cooling environment.
ADC uses Diesel Rotary UPS systems for its redundancy design.
ADC has a highly flexible model around raised floor and central services. This can
accommodate a mix of power densities as well. ADC allows the customer to populate
the space to their own requirements, whether a private data suite, a cage or managed
rack space.
ADC will have 7.5MW of power connected to the site.
ADC will be connected to all major carriers, allowing the customer a choice and
the ability to deal direct with their preferred telecommunications partner
